Contracts Planner: Maintenance & Compliance Scheduling

Sphere Solutions is recruiting a Contracts Planner to join its building maintenance, refurbishment and retrofit team in Bristol. The role will coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works, ensuring operatives and subcontractors are deployed efficiently and safely, in line with contractual requirements.

You will work closely with contract managers, surveyors and site teams to maintain service standards, track progress, and support continuous improvements in delivery.
