Ward Administration & Patient Care Coordinator

Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals is seeking a Ward Clerk to provide high quality administrative and clerical support to medical and midwifery staff at ward level. You will act as the main contact for patient pathway administration, ensuring records from admission to treatment and discharge are accurately maintained and resources are used efficiently.
