B2B Relationship & Growth Executive | Uncapped Commission

Personnel Selection are partnering with a Northampton SME to recruit a commercially minded Business Development Executive. You will manage existing accounts, nurture relationships and spot opportunities to grow revenue while developing new business alongside a supportive team.

The role offers a base salary of £30,000 with uncapped commission, working Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm in an office-based environment. You will be instrumental in retaining clients and expanding account value.
