Assistant Manager: Lead Shifts & Grow in Hospitality

Wingstop UK (Lemon Pepper Holdings Ltd) is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of our dine-in restaurants in Leeds. You will work closely with the General Manager to lead shifts, coach the team, and ensure top customer experiences with high standards in service and food quality.

This hands-on role requires you to own day-to-day operations, support recruitment and training, and help drive performance, while maintaining a welcoming, energetic environment for both guests and staff.
