Salary: Bucks Pay Range 1-2 ISN 6-15 (dependingon experience) £24,836-£28,742 pro rata, actual salary £18,627-£21,556 perannum
Contract: Permanent, Term-Time Only (39 Weeks)
Hours: 37 Hours Per Week (Monday-Thursday8.30am-4.30pm Friday 8.30-4.00pm)
StartDate: November 2026

Weare seeking a dedicated, caring and resilient School Support Assistant to joinour Orchard Provision, supporting students with complex learning,communication, sensory and emotional needs. This rewarding role offers theopportunity to work closely with a skilled and supportive team, helpingstudents to develop their independence, confidence, wellbeing and engagement inlearning.
Thesuccessful candidate will provide tailored support both within the classroomand through individual or small-group interventions, ensuring every student canaccess a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment. You will play akey role in promoting positive behaviour, supporting personal care whererequired, and helping students achieve their individual education anddevelopment goals.
