Hybrid Help Desk Analyst — Frontline IT Support

Royal Mencap Society in Peterborough is seeking a Help Desk Analyst to provide frontline IT support for colleagues across the organisation. This full-time, hybrid role requires two days per week onsite at our Peterborough office and may involve travel to other Mencap locations.

You will troubleshoot and resolve common technology issues, follow established support processes and escalate to Senior Help Desk Analysts when needed, delivering a friendly and professional service.
