Resident Liaison Officer – Energy Retrofit (Hybrid/Onsite)

Rullion is recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to ensure residents are informed, supported and comfortable during energy efficiency works. You will engage with residents, contractors and Housing Associations, coordinate site visits, and manage communications across multiple sites in Coventry and surrounding areas.

You will support vulnerable residents, adapt communication to individual needs, and maintain thorough records while reporting to project and senior stakeholders.
