Customer Team Leader — Flexible 20-Hour Week

Co-op Group is seeking a Customer Team Leader at our Yeovil area store. You will lead a small team to run daily operations, including stock, tills, and customer service, while staying hands-on on the shop floor.

This permanent, part-time role is 20 hours per week with overtime potential, and involves flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, and weekends. You will champion Co-op membership, build community connections, and drive sale through merchandising and service excellence.
