Customer Service Officer — Shape the Customer Experience in Bristol

Natural England in Bristol is seeking a Customer Services Officer to provide a professional, responsive and accessible service to our customers. You will handle enquiries by telephone and email, take ownership of each contact and aim to resolve at first point of contact.

You will work with colleagues across the organisation, use our knowledge base and digital tools, contribute to service improvements and help administer caravan and camping exemption certificates.
