Emerging Bid Response Strategist: Healthcare Proposals

Roche is seeking an Associate Bid Response Strategist to join our Burgess Hill programme. You will champion customer centricity and winning on value by crafting high-quality proposals, applying writing and creative skills, and leveraging scientific insight to communicate Roche’s value proposition.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and use automation/AI to improve bid response efficiency, accuracy and strategy. This 2-year programme runs Sep 2027–Aug 2029.
