Empowering Housing Support Worker – Help Vulnerable Adults Thrive

Nacro in Caerphilly is seeking a Housing Support Worker to provide person-centred support to vulnerable adults, helping them maintain safe accommodation and develop independent living skills.

You will assess support needs, create support and safety plans, assist with housing applications and benefits, support tenancy sustainment, manage safeguarding and tenancy risks, maintain records, and work with probation, housing providers and other agencies to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
