Account Manager – Customer Relationship & Support

Salary: £30,000 – £31,000 + Bonus

Location: Poole, Dorset

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based

TeamJobs are recruiting for Account Managers to join a successful and growing business based in Poole.

This isn’t a traditional sales role! We’re looking for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems and managing multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Responding to enquiries via email, telephone and Teams.
• Handling quotations, orders and delivery enquiries.
• Proactively resolving customer issues and finding solutions.
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure excellent service.
• Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Managing multiple tasks and prioritising workloads.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Sales Support or Administration.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confident IT skills and experience using multiple systems.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Resilience, initiative and excellent attention to detail.
