Store Team Manager: Lead People & Elevate Customer Experience

Primark Hanley is looking for a Team Manager to lead a busy store with a people-first approach. You will collaborate with the management team to run daily operations, drive sales, manage a department, and ensure excellent customer service.

You’ll coach Retail Assistants, organise tasks, and develop your team through our learning and career pathways. The role combines hands-on leadership with commercial planning in a fast-paced retail environment.
