Benefit Cosmetics is seeking a Part-time Counter Manager in Boots, Chesterfield, for 22.5 hours over 4 days. As a solo counter, you’ll drive sales, deliver Brow services, and create exceptional customer experiences while coordinating with the Area Manager.

You’ll lead by example, manage inventory, organise events, and maintain counter presentation and hygiene. Previous team management is not required, but you’ll handle leadership tasks and strive to hit targets while delivering the Benefit
