Front of House & Reception Pro (Hybrid)

Kingsley Napley LLP is seeking a proactive and highly organised First Impressions Assistant to join on a six month fixed term contract to run the front of house and hospitality service for internal and external clients and visitors. You will be the first point of contact, delivering professional customer service with attention to detail.

The role involves meeting and greeting visitors, managing calls and inboxes, arranging travel and meeting room bookings, and supporting a busy team.
