Customer-Centric Sales & Service Administrator

The Danesmoor Group in Newton Aycliffe is seeking a Sales & Service Administrator who places the customer at the heart of every interaction. You will manage orders, handle administration across multiple functions, and work with a busy team to ensure customer requirements are met and, where possible, exceeded.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the role covers order processing, data entry, and supporting the field sales team.
