As a Coffee Advisor, your role will be dynamic and interactive, immersing customers in the world of Nespresso and ensuring they leave with the best possible experience.

• Passion for coffee or luxury living.
• Experience in retail or experiential roles is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to provide clear and accurate insights using various reporting tools. Pay Rate : £13.45 per hour with bonus

Contract Type : Casual Worker working November & December 2 days per week – Saturday & Sunday “Typical hours are 10:00am-6:00pm, although start and finish times may vary.”

Your Role:

• Build strong relationships with customers by sharing your knowledge and passion for coffee.
• Showcase Nespresso’s premium coffee machines and products, using your expertise to highlight their unique features.
• Drive customer acquisition by converting interest into successful sales, ensuring customers leave with a memorable experience and a deeper connection to the Nespresso brand.
