Property Sales Negotiator — Flexible Hours & Shared Ownership

Aster Group in Wiltshire is seeking a proactive Sales Negotiator to own the customer journey from initial enquiry to handover to the progress team, selling Shared Ownership and Open Market homes.

You will qualify leads, conduct viewings, manage documentation, and work with advisers to ensure a seamless purchase while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires a full UK driving licence and travel across developments.
