Were looking for an ambitious Assistant Accountant to join the finance team of a growing food manufacturing business.
This role would suit someone with 3+ years accounting experience who is looking to progress their career.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development and implementation of new ERP system
Assist with monthly management accounts and month-end processes.
Prepare journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.
Support financial reporting and analysis.
Assist with general ledger and day-to-day accounting activities.
Work with wider business teams to improve finance processes.
The Ideal Candidate
23 years experience in an accounting/finance role.
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals.
Experience with month-end and reconciliations.
Experience with ERP systems
Manufacturing/FMCG experience desirable.
Studying towards, or interested in pursuing, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA.
