Salary: Grade 5 salary scale (5.11 starting point): £27,241 – £31,325 per annum, plus annual £3,000 social worker allowance (pro rata)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract Status: Fixed Term for 12 months

About the service:
Social Workers are responsible for forming professional relationships with people and assist them to live more successfully within their local communities by helping them find solutions to their problems.
You will be responsible for liaising with service users to deliver housing support as well as working in partnership with other organisations including the police, NIHE, Social Services, the Probation Board for Northern Ireland and other statutory organisations. Social Workers will provide direction and day to day guidance to Project Workers in the delivery of interventions for service users. The model of delivery will be that each service user will have a Key worker (Social Worker) and co-worker (Project Worker).
