Property Litigation Solicitor – Birmingham

Overview

In this role you will support a leading West Midlands law firm in their Birmingham Property Litigation Department. You will handle contentious landlord and tenant matters for both tenants and landlords, along with boundary and general property disputes. You will also work on TOLATA claims and property-related professional negligence matters, with potential exposure to commercial litigation. This is an opportunity to contribute to a reputable practice while applying property-focused litigation expertise to a busy, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Contentious landlord and tenant matters for tenant and landlord in residential and commercial property
• Boundary disputes
• General property disputes
• TOLATA claims
• Professional negligence claims relating to property
• Support with commercial and general litigation where needed

Key requirements

• 2-5 years’ PQE (firm open to slightly less or more for the right candidate)
• Property litigation experience in landlord/tenant, boundary disputes, TOLATA, and property-related negligence
• Willingness to work in Birmingham city centre
