Chief Executive & Strategic Leader for Community Health

ACCM (UK) is seeking a Chief Executive to lead strategy, influence funders and partners, and ensure safe, sustainable delivery across Bedfordshire communities. You will guide staff and volunteers, steward governance, safeguarding and impact, and translate priorities into concrete action with the Board.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and experience turning strategy into delivery within constrained resources.
