Cloud-Native Information Security Lead — Build & Scale

Referment is seeking an Information Security Manager to own the information security strategy at a fast-growing, cloud-native insurer in London, with travel to Fleet. You will shape policies, standards and controls from the ground up and align with executive risk appetite.

You will drive risk management, document controls, and ensure staff understand and live security across all IT services, implementing vulnerability management and patching as part of an ongoing security program.
