You will partner with HR, Finance and Legal to ensure offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with growth, translating complex requirements into employee-friendly experiences.
You will lead end-to-end benefits strategy, manage brokers and vendors, ensure local regulatory compliance, and design scalable processes.
