Senior Commercial Manager – Construction Projects

Wates is seeking a permanent Commercial Manager in Milton Keynes to direct the commercial function for a major project in Bedfordshire. You will lead the commercial team, manage subcontractor relationships, and ensure financial performance and risk controls.

Responsibilities include cost reporting, cash flow, forecasts, variations, and change control, with coordination across design, planning and operations, plus ongoing liaison with consultants, supply-chain partners and clients.
