Rail Infrastructure Quantity Surveyor – Earthworks/NEC

VolkerFitzpatrick is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for the Earthworks team within the Southern Renewals Enterprise. The permanent position is based in Blackfriars, London, and supports the commercial management of rail infrastructure renewal projects across the Southern region.

Candidates should understand NEC contracts (NEC3/NEC4 preferred) and have experience managing subcontracts, controlling costs and preparing commercial reports.
