Senior NEPTS Operations Lead – Healthcare Transport

EMED Group is seeking a Senior Operations Lead for Bristol Ambulance NEPTS and event medical operations. You will support the Senior Operations Manager, maintain performance, and oversee Team Leaders to ensure safety, efficiency and contractual compliance.

You will coordinate across Control, Resourcing and Clinical teams, lead investigations when needed, and contribute to business continuity and governance across services, while developing staff through induction and training programmes.
