Care Home Manager: Lead & Elevate Resident Care

Bupa is seeking a Home Manager for Wykebeck Court Care Home in Leeds (LS9 6NH). This permanent, full‑time role covers 40 hours per week and requires strong leadership to inspire a multi‑disciplinary team and deliver person‑centred care to residents.

You will manage the home, drive improvements, oversee budgets and regulatory compliance, build relationships with commissioners, and uphold Bupa’s standards. A LMCS or RMA or equivalent qualification, plus commercial acumen, is expected.
