Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead a major residential RC Frame development from pre-construction through to completion, working across construction, design and technical delivery. You will coordinate the wider project team, consultants and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with programme, quality and budget. You will provide leadership to the site team and drive project milestones forward in a high-profile South London scheme. This is a No.1/No.2 position in a Tier 1/2 contractor environment, offering the chance to shape delivery on a large-scale residential project.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery from pre-construction to completion for a major residential RC Frame scheme
• Oversee construction, design and technical delivery across the project
• Coordinate the wider project team, consultants and subcontractors
• Collaborate with commercial and design teams to meet programme, quality and budget
• Manage key project milestones from inception to completion
• Provide leadership to the site team and advance project progress

Key requirements

• Proven No.1 or No.2 Project Manager on a large-scale construction project
• Strong main contractor background, ideally Tier 2
• Experience across construction, design and technical delivery
• Residential experience desirable, RC Frame/large-scale schemes
• Skilled in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• Track record of delivering projects to successful completion
