Responsibilities

• Cost control and commercial management on a multi-million pound mixed-use scheme
• Procurement support and subcontract administration
• Maintain data and reporting for project stakeholders
• Assist with contract administration and financial forecasting
• Support line management responsibilities where applicable

Key requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience
• BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant construction qualification
• Strong data skills
• MS Office knowledge including Excel and Access
• CSCS card at an appropriate level
• Valid driving licence desirable
• Strong Quantity Surveyor track record experience

• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Access
