Overview
In this role you will lead high-profile defence engagements, shaping asset management solutions and influencing senior MOD stakeholders. You will leverage your defence network to win opportunities and guide delivery teams to successful outcomes. You’ll contribute to cutting-edge approaches and thought leadership while growing your career within AMCL and Turner & Townsend’s defence network. This is a strategic, client-facing position that combines leadership, technical delivery, and sector development in a globally connected practice.

Responsibilities
- Lead high-profile client engagements, ensuring technical delivery, client relationships, profitability and key project metrics
- Identify and secure new opportunities in the Defence sector using your knowledge and network
- Shape solutions and manage delivery teams to meet client needs and maximise value
- Advise senior leaders on business shaping and internal capability development
- Develop and manage key relationships across the Defence sector
- Identify opportunities in new and existing markets
- Drive thought leadership and represent AMCL at global conferences
- Mentor and coach team members
Key requirements
- Strong MoD track record with extensive contacts
- Decision-maker experience working with leadership teams to set direction
- Experience on asset or infrastructure projects
- Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills
- Strong commercial awareness
