Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will manage multiple commercial/industrial construction projects, driving cost and schedule control while maintaining high H&S standards. You will lead on-site delivery, oversee the full project lifecycle, and act as the main point of contact as the business expands into new sectors. A bespoke training programme supports your progression towards senior leadership, with a clear path as the team grows. Responsibilities

• Manage 2–3 commercial/industrial projects concurrently from start to finish
• Oversee full project lifecycle and on-site delivery
• Maintain safe, organized sites and enforce H&S standards
• Control project cost and programme to meet targets
• Act as main client/contractor liaison on site
• Support company expansion into new sectors and markets

Key requirements

• Experience delivering projects in Commercial, industrial or Renewables sectors
• Strong cost control and programme control experience
• Full UK driving licence
