Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead CAT B fit-out projects valued up to £20m, from pre-construction through handover. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and subcontractors, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to high quality standards. You will work within a collaborative, London-focused contractor environment to build lasting client relationships. The opportunity offers responsibility in a long-established, financially secure company with a strong reputation in the fit-out market. You will help shape the project delivery process and drive successful outcomes for complex refurbishments and CAT B schemes.

Responsibilities

• Own CAT B fit-out projects up to £20m from pre-construction to handover
• Lead project teams and coordinate clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Ensure safe delivery, on programme, within budget and to quality standards
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as primary liaison
• Deliver projects in line with company processes and expectations

Key requirements

• Proven Project Manager with CAT B fit-out project delivery experience
• Experience managing projects up to £20m
• Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building abilities
• Track record of repeat business and established London market network
• Commercially aware with leadership and problem-solving skills
