Responsibilities

• Oversee design quality and ensure alignment with project expectations
• Drive on-site checks and compliance to high standards
• Support Technical Management to approve designs and maintain project briefs
• Follow technical processes, resolve issues, and improve project workflows
• Check and review full working drawing packages
• Deliver projects from start to finish while coordinating with stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Maintain punctuality, reliability, and practical problem-solving on site

Key requirements

• Degree-qualified in construction or equivalent
• Experience in new build high-rise and reinforced concrete residential projects
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Motivated with a desire to grow within the business
• Ability to work with minimal instruction and on-site presence occasionally
