Optibus is seeking a Vice-President of Customer Success to lead and grow a global CS organization. You will report to the CEO and work with the executive team to ensure customer value, retention, and revenue growth across a mission-critical public transit platform.
You will drive strategic CS initiatives, develop expert teams across CS Engineering, Professional Services, and Support, and align CS efforts with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Legal.
