Senior Vice President, Generalist Private Equity, Global Investments, GCC Investment Manager – Role based in GCC

Our client, a leading investment platform in the GCC, is seeking to hire professionals at the Associate, VP and SVP level to join its growing Private Capital team in the Middle East

The team is focused on complex private market transactions across GP Stakes, GP Financing, Strategic Capital Solutions and Secondaries

Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and execute direct private equity, GP stakes, Secondaries and strategic capital transactions alongside leading sponsors and investment managers
• Build and review financial models, valuation analyses and investment return scenarios
• Support due diligence, transaction structuring, execution and investment committee materials
• Coordinate with management teams, sponsors, advisors, lenders and other transaction counterparties throughout the investment lifecycle
• Monitor portfolio investments and contribute to portfolio management and value creation initiatives
• Conduct industry, market and company-level research to identify attractive investment opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience within a leading investment bank, private equity fund or investment management platform
• Strong transaction experience with expertise in financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis
• Experience evaluating and executing M&A, leveraged buyout, private equity or other complex corporate transactions
• Solid understanding of corporate finance, accounting and investment fundamentals
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a leading university; CFA or additional language skills are advantageous but not required
• Preference for candidates with buyout investment experience
