UK Credit Risk Lead — Greenfield Lending

Monese is building a greenfield UK consumer credit risk function from the ground up. You will own credit risk, shape the lending products, and guide FCA interactions as the business develops its regulated lending capability.

You will design strategy and policy, lead affordability/creditworthiness assessment, and oversee platform procurement, ensuring CONC compliance and fair customer outcomes throughout growth.
