Senior Global Corporate Counsel — Contracts & IP

Global Payments in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to advise executives and the contracts team on matters with material business impact. You will research, draft and negotiate complex agreements, provide risk assessment, and coordinate with outside counsel to protect the company’s interests.
