The Role:

• Lead the strategic and operational management of a prestigious mixed-use portfolio.
• Drive financial performance, service delivery and asset enhancement.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and occupiers.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate closely with Asset Management.
• Champion operational excellence, sustainability and placemaking.

You:

• Experienced in commercial or mixed-use property management.
• Commercially astute, with strong service charge and financial expertise.
• A confident leader and relationship builder.
