Nuffield Health is seeking a Multi-site Deputy General Manager to lead our Greater London and Surrey gym and wellbeing teams. You will own daily operations, drive member experience, and deliver strong commercial results across service lines with accountability for P&L and customer outcomes.
You will oversee Front of House, fitness and F&B teams, while driving subscriptions, retention and overall profitability. This role reports to the General Manager within our Head Office structure.
