Lead Learning Disabilities Team Manager – Inspire Independence

Turning Point in Bradford is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead one or more teams delivering safe, high‑quality, person‑centred support for adults with learning disabilities. You will work with the Supporting Living Manager to meet contractual, financial and quality expectations.

You will set and maintain high standards, recruit and develop staff, ensure governance and safeguarding, manage budgets, and build positive relationships with families and professionals.
