Junior Customer Success & Order Management (Hybrid)

Electrolux is hiring a Junior Customer Service Specialist in Luton on a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension. You will support customers through their journey from pre-sales to order fulfilment, acting as a key contact for selected accounts.

You’ll work across channels to ensure orders are accurate, deliveries run smoothly, and customer expectations are exceeded. The role offers hybrid working and room to develop in customer service, supply chain, and account management.
