Senior Fleet & Compliance Manager – Lead Training & Ops

AvantiGas, headquartered with a head office in Staveley, Chesterfield, is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager. You will own fleet, compliance, and training, overseeing operating licences, driving regulatory adherence and staff development across the logistics function.

Reporting to the Head of UK Operations & Logistics, you will set high standards, manage budgets, liaise with regulators, and lead a team to keep the fleet safe and on the road for customers nationwide.
