Bristol Onsite IT Support Specialist

Computacenter is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across a busy customer environment in Bristol. You will resolve incidents, fulfill service requests, and maintain a responsive, high-quality user experience.

Responsibilities include 2nd line incident resolution to SLA, coordinating with Level 3 teams, installing and configuring software/hardware, and supporting projects as needed. A strong Windows background and ITSM experience are essential.
