Community Health & Wellbeing Trainer — Training & Behavior Change

Herefordshire Council is seeking a Talk Community Health & Wellbeing Trainer to support smoking cessation, weight management, alcohol reduction and physical activity in community settings. The role requires travel across the county and some flexible hours to meet client needs.

Salary is pro rata from HC06 with a permanent contract. The post is based in Herefordshire and suitable for those with experience in health behaviour change and delivering training.
