1:1 Support Tutor for Student with Special Needs

Randstad Education in Hertford is seeking a compassionate and resilient individual to support a student with severe social and communication difficulties and challenging behaviour, helping them develop essential skills for a more independent future.

You will provide behavioural guidance, support the student through moments of anxiety, and assist the class teacher with literacy, numeracy and maintaining a calm, purposeful learning environment on a 1-1 basis.
