Public Affairs & Campaigns Lead — Wales Policy Impact

Shelter Cymru is seeking a Public Affairs and Campaigns Manager to lead engagement with external stakeholders, run impactful campaigns, and line manage two staff members. The role supports Shelter Cymru’s mission to address Wales’ housing emergency with policy and advocacy work.

The successful candidate will have experience campaigning for social justice, preferably with exposure to Senedd and Welsh Government, and a proven ability to drive outcomes for people in Wales.
