Private Rented Sector Officer — Housing & Landlord Liaison

Manchester City Council in Manchester is recruiting Private Rented Sector Officers in the Homelessness Directorate to manage a busy caseload of clients who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

You will source accommodation, negotiate with landlords and letting agents inside and outside Manchester, ensure properties meet health and safety standards, and receive full training aligned with Housing, Health & Safety System requirements.
