Senior LADO – Flexible, Hybrid Safeguarding Lead

Bracknell Forest Council is recruiting a Local Authority Designated Officer (LADO) to provide independent oversight, challenge and coordination on complex safeguarding concerns involving those who work with children. The role requires SWE registration and substantial management experience in children’s social care.

You will chair multi-agency meetings, assess risk, manage disagreements and ensure timely outcomes, while promoting safeguarding best practice across agencies.
