Charles Hunter Associates Ltd is seeking an Adult’s Social Worker to join a Mental Health Discharge Team in the Liverpool City Region. You will assess needs and arrange support for safe hospital discharge, including Care Act 2014 and MCA assessments.
A minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience is essential. Applicants should have a Social Work degree (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) and a valid UK driving licence with regular access to a vehicle.
